Established on 1st August 2025, Sofia’s Italian Deli & Kitchen was born from a shared vision between two friends who wanted to bring culture, community, and authentic Italian flavours to the heart of Atherstone. Sofia, born and raised in Italy, brings her deep-rooted passion for quality ingredients and traditional Italian food, while Alex, originally from Sussex, shares a love for great food and wine alongside a flair for interiors and creating inviting spaces. Together, they joined forces to create a deli where authenticity, warmth, and a love for Italian cuisine come together, offering a true taste of Italy to the local community.
